Well here we are just a few days away from Christmas. Drew is really excited. Every day we cut of another link on his chain as we get closer to Christmas. For the first few days I don't think the concept really settled in on him, but now he can really see the chain get smaller.

A few days ago, we were running late getting things ready for bed, and I told Drew that he should hurry up or we wouldn't have time to cut a link off his chain and we wouldn't get closer to Christmas. He simply stated: "Dad. We don't need to cut a link off to get closer to Christmas. The next day we just get one day closer." Duh...
